If you purchase a cosmetic, perfumery or hygiene product of inadequate quality, you have the right to return such product to us within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to you. In such case, the product of inadequate quality will be replaced free of charge with a quality product or you will be refunded the money paid:

When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:
- The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging.
- the item must be undamaged by the Buyer;
- the product must not have lost its commercial appearance (labels not damaged, protective film not torn, etc.) (this point does not apply in the case of returning a poor-quality product);
- the returned item must be in the same configuration as the one received by the Buyer;
- When returning an item, it is necessary to provide a proof of purchase and a completed return form, if one is provided to you together with the item.
